Why should I hire a professional photographer?

Do I get the copyright/ownership of my photos?

At Cameron Tallau Photography, your memories are yours to keep. I release all copyrights of the photos taken during your session, allowing you full control over your images. However, I reserve the right to display selected photos in my marketing materials, showcasing the beauty and emotions captured through my lens. This helps me share my passion with others while respecting your ownership of the images. Your story, your moments, and your memories remain central in this collaborative journey.

What’s your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

Once a contract is signed, you may reschedule or cancel your photography session with the following stipulations:

  • For weddings, you must provide at least one month's notice.

  • For portrait sessions, you need to give a minimum of two weeks' notice.

In the event of a cancellation, a refund will be issued, minus the non-refundable deposit. Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. To ensure your desired date, it is advisable to communicate any changes as soon as possible.

Are deposits refundable?

The deposit is non-refundable, but any other payments you may have made in advance will be promptly refunded upon cancellation. If you have any further questions or need assistance with the process, please let us know.

How long will our session take?

While there will be a designated timeframe for our sessions, I understand that time can pass quickly when enjoying the moment. I strive to be diligent in keeping to our schedule, but I won’t be overly strict about a few extra minutes if it means capturing those special moments. My priority is to ensure you have a fulfilling and authentic experience, allowing the beauty of love and life to shine through in every shot.
